Ingredients:
White mullet, potato, ash plantain, onion, garlic, salt, pepper, breadcrumbs (coating), flour (coating), eggs (coating).

Allergens: Wheat, Egg, Fish.
May contain traces of: Milk, Peanuts, Sesame.

Storage:
Keep frozen at –18°C. Once thawed, use within 24 hours. Do not refreeze.

Oven 190°C · 18–20 mins
Pan fry medium heat · 8 mins
