Orders & Payments

• Orders may be placed on our website, WhatsApp, Instagram or Uber Eats (not launched yet)
• Payments can be made via Visa/MasterCard/Amex on the website or by bank transfer (with proof of payment sent to WhatsApp).
• Orders are confirmed only after full payment is received.
• Orders cannot be cancelled once preparation has begun.

Delivery

• Delivery is available within Colombo and its suburbs.
• Two contact numbers must be provided.
• Someone must be available to receive the order.
• Delivery fees vary by location.

Product Quality

All items are prepared fresh and contain no preservatives. Proper storage instructions should be followed immediately after delivery.

Allergies

Customers must review ingredients before ordering.
Badagini Food is not responsible for adverse reactions caused by undisclosed allergies.

Pricing & Availability

Prices and product availability may change at any time without notice.
If an item becomes unavailable after payment, we will provide an alternative or a refund.

Use of Content

All images, text, branding, and recipes on our website and social media belong to Badagini Food and may not be reused without permission.
