Refund policy

At Badagini Food, we take great care to make sure every order reaches you fresh, perfectly packed, and just as promised. Because our products are fresh and perishable, we can’t accept returns or exchanges once a delivery has been completed.

However, we want every parent to feel confident ordering from us, so if something isn’t right, we’ll always make it right.


Damages and Issues

Please check your order as soon as it arrives.
If your order is damaged, incorrect, or spoiled, contact us on WhatsApp or at support@badaginifood.com within the same day of delivery.

Include your order number and a photo of the issue so our team can review it quickly.
Once verified, we’ll arrange either a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.


Non-returnable Items

Because all our snacks and meals are perishable food items with a short shelf-life, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Opened or partially consumed products

  • Custom orders or limited-edition boxes

  • Items not reported within 24 hours of delivery

We also do not accept returns or refunds for change-of-mind after the order has been prepared or delivered.


Exchanges

We do not process exchanges for perishable goods. If an error occurs with your order, we’ll replace the affected item or issue a refund where appropriate.


Refunds

Once we’ve reviewed your message and approved a refund, we’ll process it within 5–7 working days to your original payment method.
Please note that some banks or card providers may take a little longer to reflect the refund.

If more than 10 working days have passed since your refund approval, please contact us at support@badaginifood.com for assistance.
