Our Story
If you've ever made 500+ lunchboxes for your kids, you know the struggle. You want them to eat something healthy. Something easy. Something they'll actually finish. And you want it ready before 7am on a Tuesday when everyone's running late and someone can't find their shoes.
I couldn't find that in Colombo. So I started making it myself.
Hi, I'm Manjaree
I'm a mum to two boys — Harry (7) and Alex (3). And like most parents, I want them to grow up healthy, strong, and happy.
But here's the thing: Sri Lanka is facing a health crisis. Diabetes, heart disease, kidney failure — the rates are climbing. And diet is one of the biggest causes.
I don't want that for my boys. Or for yours.
What makes Badagini different
Everything we make is prepared in a commercial kitchen — not a factory, not a home kitchen. No preservatives. No processed sugar. Just real ingredients that I'd feed my own kids.
And because I know kids don't always get excited about fruits and vegetables, we use the Badagini Dragons to make healthy eating fun. Harry and Alex love them. And I hope your little ones will too.
Our bigger mission
Badagini isn't just about making lunchboxes easier. It's about raising a healthier generation. One lunchbox at a time.
If that sounds like something you'd want for your family, I'd love to have you join us.
