All our food is made fresh and then frozen immediately. Once you defrost it (and cook it, as needed), it needs to be refrigerated and consumed within 5 days. Otherwise, all items that are frozen, when stored in an airtight container, will last for 3 months.

Yes! All of our products are provided frozen and then can be refrigerated. Each product's storage and cooking instructions will be provided.

Yes, we buy our meat from halal-certified suppliers. Specifically, we use the Haritha Hari from New Anthoney's chicken suppliers.

We keep things simple and natural. No preservatives are added, and we use minimal salt — just enough for flavour. We do not use any sugar, only natural kithul treacle, from our own supplier.
